Torchwood star Gareth David-Lloyd has spoken out about his co-star John Barrowman's behaviour after he admitted to exposing himself on set.
On Friday, Barrowman, 54, apologised for exposing himself repeatedly while filming Torchwood and Doctor Who but insisted it was just 'tomfoolery', as the show's architect Russell T Davies denied knowing anything about inappropriate behaviour on set.
